Hot cocoa brownie recipe

I had a big tub of expired hot cocoa mix and a big tub of coconut oil. How could I use up both as quickly as possible? The resulting brownies came out the perfect balance of fudgy, crispy, and chewy! It’s probably due to all the dried milk products in the cocoa mix.

1 c coconut oil, melted
1 c flour
1.5 c hot cocoa mix
1 tsp baking powder
1 large egg
1 tbsp water

Mix. 7x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 mins. Cool 10 minutes.
